To start you have 2 options to choose from:

How does it work?
1.-Create a menu corresponding to a day
2.- Select the amount of meals you will make (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks)
3.-Enter ALL the foods that you are consuming during the course of that day. We have an extensive food database continuously updated.
4.-Monitor the number of servings of each food group.
5.- Make sure that you cover this amount in the most precise way; it will be displayed in green when you reach the daily objective, and in red if you exceed it.
6.-If you wish, you can also know the daily calories you require.
7.- You can know if your diet is balanced by looking at the graph of "macros" (proteins, carbohydrates and fats)
8.- At the end of the day, you will be able to know what was missing or left over in your diet and little by little to adapt until you get to match your next diets with your needs
